City Hopper is a domestic remittance service that allows customers to send foreign currency instantly and safely to any city in Zimbabwe. The service is available in all BancABC branches and any selected BancABC Kiosk in any TM Pick n Pay stores countrywide.

How City Hopper works
  • Minimum send amount – US$10 or ZAR equivalent per day
  • Maximum send amount – US$500 or ZAR equivalent per day (US$2,000 or ZAR equivalent per month)
  • Non-BancABC clients maximum send amount – US$250 or ZAR equivalent per day (US$1000 or ZAR equivalent per month)
  • Charge: 5% of send amount
  • Sender completes form at any of our branches or any selected BancABC Kiosk in any TM Pick n Pay stores and deposits the cash. Sender can also self-onboard on Ally Chatbot and then deposit the money at any BancABC branch or kiosk. Receiver to bring ID or Passport and SMS received to collect cash at any of the branches or kiosks.
